The influence of conditions of preparation on the thermal stability of hermetic poly (lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) nanoparticles was investigated using calorimetry. The hermetic destruction temperature depends on the PLA/PGA ratio. The maximum temperature of decapsulation of the nanoparticles occurs at a PLA/PGA ratio of 85/15. The temperature of hermetic destruction does not depend on the PVA and PLGA solutions’ mixing temperature during preparation, nor on the homogenization temperature.
